IQS: Day Fifteen

Today was a stressful day and under stress I tend to turn to, yep you guessed it, Sugar! I did almost waiver in the direction of some cake but managed to stop myself at the thought of wasting 2 weeks of sugar free for something that ultimately would only make me happy momentarily and then would make me feel guilty way longer! So I have (just about) achieved another day of sugar free, and today marks the start of week three, so that’s not bad going I reckon!

Here’s what day fifteen looked like…

Breakfast…

Chocolate porridge made with oats, cacao powder, chia seeds, peanut butter and oat milk and topped with flaxseeds and mixed nuts

1 mug of hot water with apple cyder vinegar

1 glass of coconut water

Lunch…

Leftover vegetable casserole and buckwheat dumpling

Handful of almonds

mug of peppermint tea

mug of 3 cinnamon tea

Dinner…

2 teaspoons of organic crunchy peanut butter

Burger (without the bun) topped with cheese, home made garlic mayonnaise with salad and sweet potato chips

Natural yogurt with fresh baby coconut and flaxseeds

1 glass of coconut water

Evening…

1 mug of Organic Pukka night time tea
