Clean Eating: Day Five

So this morning I felt pretty yucky…don’t know if it was last nights carb intake or just a general meh but not a great way to start the day. 30 minutes of yoga and some peppermint tea seemed to sort me out though thankfully.

So here’s what day five looked like…

Breakfast

Porridge oats made with part goats milk, part coconut milk, mashed banana, chai seeds and topped with blueberries

1 mug of peppermint tea

Lunch

Madeleine Shaw’s home-made granola topped with coconut milk and mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries and some grapes for good measure)

1 apple & 1 pear

1 mug of cinnamon Tea

Snack

Dinner

Madeleine Shaw’s Halloumi salad with kale and strawberry vinaigrette with a slice of wholegrain bread (stay tuned for the recipe!)

Amelia Freer’s Almond, Apricot and Rose “Yogurt” – this didn’t really work out the way I’d planned as I mistook the food processor for the blender (whoops!)

Exercise
