Clean eating: Day two

So far, do good! I’m really enjoying all the variety of really tasty food I can have and some of it is stuff that I just haven’t dared it in a long time which is really nice!

Here’s what day two looked like…

Breakfast

Porridge oats made with goats milk, mashed banana, cinnamon and chai seeds

1 mug of peppermint tea

Lunch

Left over Mexican mince and fresh salsa on a bed of spinach leaves

Fruit salad including strawberries, raspberries, grapes, pineapple and cherries

Dinner

Gluten free spaghetti in a home-made tomato sauce with the leftover Mexican mince mixed in, served with the leftover fresh salsa as a side

Evening

Chamomile and lavender tea

Exercise

30 minutes of running
